What is &LAB?

&LAB is a team of chefs who work on the theme of "contributing to society through recipes."

A diverse group of expert chefs have come together to create recipes specializing in beauty and health.

Recruitment

  • Recruiting partner companies

    We will work together to create healthy and easy-to-make recipes through food. We also welcome consultations regarding product development and sales promotion recipes.

  • Register for &LAB (Cooking School)

    We are looking for people who agree with the purpose of the establishment and want to work as chefs. After applying, you will be able to participate after going through a screening process.

  • In 2020, we launched a joint project with the Healthcare Division of DIC Corporation.

  • To date, we have developed over 170 healthy recipes.

  • In 2023, we will work with companies to propose recipes based on the theme of preventing frailty and extending healthy life expectancy.

Using spirulina and algae from DIC Corporation, a pioneering manufacturer of spirulina, we develop healthy recipes under the supervision of a registered dietitian.We also cooperate in test experiments for B2B, participate in practical experiments for other products, and hold regular study sessions, among other activities.

Currently, members come from all over Japan and overseas, including doctors, chefs, beauticians, and food researchers.
