What is &LAB?
&LAB is a team of chefs who work under the theme of "Contributing to society through recipes."
A diverse group of expert chefs have come together to create recipes specifically focused on beauty and health.
Recruitment
Seeking Partner Companies
We'll work together to create healthy and easy-to-make recipes through food. We also welcome consultations regarding product development and promotional recipes.
Registration for &LAB (Cooking School)
We are seeking individuals who agree with our founding principles and aspire to work as chefs. After applying, you will be selected to participate.

Achievements
Since 2020, we have launched a joint project with DIC Healthcare Division, Inc.
To date, we have developed over 170 healthy recipes.
In fiscal year 2023, we proposed recipes in collaboration with companies, focusing on the themes of frailty prevention and extending healthy life expectancy.

DIC Corporation



We utilize spirulina and algae from DIC Corporation, a pioneer manufacturer of spirulina, and develop healthy recipes under the supervision of registered dietitians. We are also broadly involved in other activities, such as cooperating in B2B test experiments, participating in practical experiments for other products, and holding regular study sessions.
& LAB Member Introduction
Currently, members from both Japan and abroad participate, representing diverse backgrounds such as doctors, chefs, beauticians, and culinary researchers. In addition to their expertise in their respective fields, members are also active as researchers in the Spirulina LAB, a joint project with DIC, and regularly hold study sessions to continuously improve their skills.
