There's usually a reason or trigger for choosing those products, whether it's for health reasons or because of allergies.
This lesson is for people who want to learn how to make simple raw sweets but have allergies such as nut allergies, fruit allergies, or cocoa allergies, as well as anyone who wants to start making simple raw sweets.
In this class,
We will make raw sweets without using coconut oil.
• We sometimes use nuts, but if you have a nut allergy, we will prepare the recipe without them.
There are several types of plant-based milk available, so people with allergies can choose the milk that suits them best.
*Regarding allergies, we cannot accommodate everyone, but we will create a substitute recipe that eliminates mochi allergies based on your inquiry.
*Since nuts are used in our school, there is a possibility that allergens may be present in the air. Therefore, we ask that those with severe nut allergies refrain from attending.

Why was this class created?
That's because I myself suffer from allergies. I'm allergic to bananas, pineapples, bitter melon, kiwis, and persimmons. In my case, it's been quite severe, and I've even experienced anaphylactic shock.
Some members of my family have egg and nut allergies. Because of my own allergies, I had no choice but to avoid using certain ingredients while running my cooking classes. I started by figuring out what to substitute. Many people don't have allergies, and surprisingly, many take them too lightly.
Rice, soybeans, cabbage... some people are allergic to things you might never expect.
From my own experience, I know that even a small amount of ingestion can be extremely dangerous for people with allergies.
