2024

The recipe was published in the October issue of Veggy magazine, vol. 96.

Nominated for the Japan Vegan Award in September.

August: Crowdfunding goal achieved!!

The crowdfunding campaign for the granola I've always dreamed of starts in July.

February: The Raw Chocolatier Association is established.

2022

December marks the 7th year since the school opened.

November: Fermentation Planner Master Class begins.

In October, Premiere will host a collaborative event, "Modern Tea Ceremony," featuring Chef Tanaka of Vert and Kyoko Ishikawa of the Urasenke school of tea ceremony.

In August , it was featured on Furusato Choice, Japan's largest website for hometown tax donations.

In July , the terms "raw chocolatier," "raw patissier," and "raw chocolate master" were registered as trademarks.

An interview article was published in the July issue of "Esthetic B Plan".

Nominated for the Japan Vegan Award in June.

2021

In December, I was appointed as the official Japanese ambassador for the Swedish tableware brand MATEUS.

Appeared on the official "Blentec" live commerce event in November.

The Raw Chocolate Master course starts in October.

September: Appointed as KUVINGS' third-term ambassador.

Appeared on J-Wave (FM radio) START LINE in September to introduce smoothies.

Nominated for the Japan Vegan Award in June.
