February: The Raw Chocolatier Association is established.
2022
December marks the 7th year since the school opened.
November: Fermentation Planner Master Class begins.
In August , it was featured on Furusato Choice, Japan's largest website for hometown tax donations.
In July , the terms "raw chocolatier," "raw patissier," and "raw chocolate master" were registered as trademarks.
An interview article was published in the July issue of "Esthetic B Plan".

In December, I was appointed as the official Japanese ambassador for the Swedish tableware brand MATEUS.
Appeared on the official "Blentec" live commerce event in November.
The Raw Chocolate Master course starts in October.

Appeared on J-Wave (FM radio) START LINE in September to introduce smoothies.
