This course is a comprehensive program designed to help you complete all stages of the Raw Chocolate Master (3 steps) and Raw Pastry Chef (BASIC, ADVANCE, PRO) courses, ultimately earning the title of Raw Chocolatier®.

We deepen your understanding with original textbooks. Small class sizes are available, both online and in-person. Online lessons are personalized, with a program tailored to your learning style. Post-completion support is also provided. Even beginners can master the material in approximately three months on average.
