We offer programs that allow you to experience Japanese food culture with all your senses, including raw food, fermentation, and koji.

UMAMI & KOJI LAB also provides information in English.

Q: Is it okay if I have no cooking experience?

A: Yes, that's perfectly fine. This program is designed for beginners, so we'll explain everything carefully as we go along.

Q: Do I need to bring anything?

A. Aprons, materials, and tools are all provided. Please come in comfortable clothing.

Q: Is it possible to participate in English?

AUMAMI & KOJI LAB offers English support.

Many customers are participating.

Q: Can I switch to a regular subscription plan after the trial?

A: Yes. For those who are interested after the trial lesson, we offer various certification courses and continuing classes.
