Returns and Exchanges

Shipping Information

During the summer months (approximately May to September), products may be shipped via refrigerated delivery (additional ¥300) to maintain quality.

About the cooling-off period

Under the Specified Commercial Transactions Act, mail-order sales are generally not subject to the cooling-off period.

However, in cases where legal requirements are met, such as door-to-door sales or telemarketing, you can exercise this right within 8 days of receiving the written document.

Online courses will be conducted using Zoom.

Please prepare a computer or smartphone, a stable internet connection, and the latest browser environment.

Communication costs will be borne by the participant.
