Online Lesson Guide
This guide provides information about the tools and materials used in online lessons, as well as the lesson flow, to ensure you can participate with confidence. Please prepare these items, as they will be necessary for you to easily recreate the items yourself in the future.

We will be using Zoom, so please be prepared to play the video on a tablet or PC.

[Check the materials and tools before the lesson]
Start prepping together, measuring out ingredients, preparing pots, bowls, toppings, etc.

[Basic white chocolate]
Use a food processor or blender.
You can use the same mold you used for making basic dark chocolate.

[Basic truffles]
Finish with cacao or matcha. No mold is required. Just prepare a tray or similar.

[Lesson learning]
You will learn about tempering and cacao while looking at the textbook we will send you.

[Pouring shaping]
It is poured into molds or trays or applied to fruit.

[Colorful Chocolate]
Color white chocolate with colors like pink pitaya, Lina Blue, maqui berry, spirulina, matcha, etc. You can use your favorite mold or a tray.

[Basic Raw Chocolate]
Finished with cocoa or matcha. No molds are needed. Please prepare a tray or similar container.
