Online Lesson Guide
This is information on the tools and materials used in the online lessons, as well as the lesson flow, so that you can continue taking the course with peace of mind. Please prepare these as you will need them to easily make the recipes yourself in the future. The text contains a total of 20 recipes, including variations.

[Zoom plugin download, etc.]
We will be using Zoom, so please be prepared to play the video on a tablet or PC.

[Check materials and tools before the lesson]
Start prepping together, measuring out ingredients, preparing pots, bowls, toppings, etc.

[Basic chocolate cake]
Prepare your favorite molds, such as round, square, tart, etc. You can also top with nuts or fruit (frozen is OK) as you like.

[Basic Bliss Ball]
You can add coconut or cocoa powder to your taste for coloring or topping.

[Basic Low Brownie]
This time we will use cashew nuts as the base, but walnuts are also fine. Please prepare plastic wrap or baking paper.

[Plant-based milk]
This time we will be making almond milk. Please prepare a strainer to strain the milk.

[Lesson learning]
You will learn about tempering and cacao while looking at the textbook we will send you.

[Pouring shaping]
It is poured into molds or trays or applied to fruit.

[Basic layer cake]
Make a two-layer cake. Prepare blueberries, strawberries, or other natural colorings derived from plants. You will also need a mold to pour the color into and let it harden.

[Easy raw chocolate without tempering]
Add your favorite toppings such as dried fruits and nuts.

[Chocolate Frosting Raw Brownie]
This is an adaptation of the basic brownie. This time, we will make this adaptation after understanding the basics. If you have any toppings such as cacao nibs, please prepare them.

[Spirulina and Matcha Raw Pudding]
This time we will use spirulina and matcha. You can also make a black sesame pudding, so feel free to use fresh black sesame seeds.
