What are raw chocolatiers and raw pastry chefs?

Professional pastry chefs are called patissiers, and among them, those who specialize in bread are called boulangers, and those who specialize in chocolate are called chocolatiers.

The Raw Chocolatier Association launched the Raw Sweets Planner Course in 2019 to train professionals in raw sweets.

Then, in 2022, he established the Raw Chocolatier Association.

We train professionals in raw sweets and also offer raw chocolate master courses. Those who master these skills are called raw chocolatiers.

This is the world's first association specializing in raw sweets and raw chocolate.
