What are low chocolatiers and low patissiers?
A professional sweets craftsman is called a pastry chef, a craftsman who specializes in bread is called a boulanger, and a craftsman who specializes in chocolate is called a chocolatier.
The Raw Chocolatier Association has been offering the Raw Sweets Planner Course since 2019 to train professionals in raw sweets.
In 2022, the Raw Chocolatier Association was established.
We train professionals in raw sweets and also offer courses for raw chocolate masters, and professionals who have mastered these skills are called raw chocolatiers.
It is the world's first association specializing in raw sweets and raw chocolate.
