Q. What types of certification courses does the Raw Chocolatier Association offer?
A. We offer three courses: Raw Chocolate Master, Raw Pastry Chef, and Raw Chocolate Concierge. These courses provide a systematic learning experience, from basic to advanced techniques, and even leading to instructor training.
Q. Can I take the course online?
A. The Master Course and Raw Pastry Chef Course are available online. The children's course is held in person only.
Q. Are there any eligibility requirements (level or age restrictions) for taking the course?
A. Adult courses are available for a wide range of participants, from beginners to those aiming to become professionals. Children's courses require parental supervision or adherence to classroom regulations.
Q. What can I do once I obtain the qualification?
A. You can use the learned recipes to hold lessons or sell products (subject to the regulations of each course). The association logo and official textbook are also available for use.
Q. What are the payment methods?
A. We accept bank transfers and credit cards. Details are provided on the application form for each course.
Q. Will a certificate (diploma) be issued upon completion?
A. Yes. The association will issue a certificate of completion (diploma) to those who complete the required assignments and courses.
Q. How do you prepare the materials and tools?
A. For in-person lessons, we will provide the necessary materials at the classroom. For online lessons, we will send you a list of required materials in advance (also providing alternative options).
Q. Is it possible to change the date or cancel?
A. Yes, it is possible (subject to regulations). Please check the cancellation and transfer policy on the application page for details.
