Q. What types of certified courses are offered by the Raw Chocolatier Association?

A. We have three courses: Raw Chocolate Meister, Raw Patissier, and Raw Chocolate Concierge. You can learn systematically from the basics to applied studies and even become an instructor.

Q. Can I take the course online?

A. Meister and Laut Patissier courses can be held online. Kids courses are only available in person.

Q. Are there any target participants (level or age restrictions)?

A. Adult classes are open to everyone from beginners to those aiming to become professionals. Kids classes must be accompanied by a parent or follow the class rules.

Q. What can I do once I have the qualification?

A. You can use the recipes you have learned to hold lessons and sell them (in accordance with the regulations of each course). You can also use the association logo and official textbooks.

Q. How can I pay?

A. We accept bank transfers and credit cards. Details are listed on the application form for each course.

Q. Will a certificate of completion (diploma) be issued?

A. Yes. The association will issue a certificate of completion (diploma) to those who complete the required tasks and courses.

Q. How do I prepare the materials and tools?

A. For face-to-face lessons, we will prepare the necessary items in the classroom. For online lessons, we will send you a list of necessary items in advance (along with alternative options).

Q. Can I change the date or cancel?

A. Yes, it is possible (subject to certain restrictions). For details, please check the cancellation and transfer policy on the application page.
