Biography
Born in Fukuoka in 1973. The eldest daughter of a traditional Japanese restaurant owner, she grew up with a love of cooking and handicrafts. After getting married and raising children, at the age of 38, her third child was burned, which awakened her to the power of food, and she began to study raw food and fermentation.
By incorporating raw food into her diet, she has achieved a physical age of 6 years and a weight loss of 3kg, experiencing changes at a cellular level. She opened a cooking class in 2016 and will move her base of operations to Tokyo in 2021.
