Biography
Born in Fukuoka in 1973, she grew up as the eldest daughter of a family running a traditional Japanese restaurant, becoming familiar with cooking and handicrafts. After getting married and raising children, at the age of 38, her third child suffered burns, which awakened her to the power of food, leading her to deepen her studies of raw food and fermentation.
By incorporating raw food into her own diet, she achieved a "biological age of 6 years younger" and a "weight loss of 3 kg," experiencing changes at a cellular level. She opened a cooking class in 2016 and moved her base of operations to Tokyo in 2021.
