Thank you very much for taking courses offered by the Raw Chocolatier Association.
Due to rising raw material costs, we have revised the fees for some courses effective October 2025.

Raw Chocolate Master (Beginner Level)
Previous price: 15,000 yen (16,500 yen including tax)
Revised price: 16,500 yen (18,150 yen including tax)

Name Change Announcement (Effective October 2025)
Thank you for your continued support of the Raw Chocolatier Association.
We would like to inform you that we have changed the names of the courses and certifications within the association as follows.
[Changes]
Raw Chocolate Master Certified Instructor
→ Junior Raw Chocolatier
Low-cooked pastry chef classes: Beginner and Advanced
→ Raw Sweets Master (Beginner & Advanced)
Certified Pastry Chef Instructor
→ Raw pastry chef
While the name will change, the content of the course, the skills you can acquire, and the value of the certifications you can obtain will remain the same.
We will deliver learning to you in a clearer and more consistent manner than ever before.
