Are you familiar with the special pairing of cacao and miso, two fermented foods? Cacao is known as the raw material for chocolate, but it is also a fermented food, possessing nutritional value and a deep flavor. And miso, an indispensable part of our diet, also develops its rich flavor through the power of fermentation. By blending cacao and miso in our own unique proportions, we have created an astonishingly delicious "cacao miso."

In this workshop, you will receive a detailed lecture on how to prepare cacao miso and learn how to make dishes that maximize its flavor. About the cocoa beans used

We currently use organic cacao from Ecuador. You can also sample the rare Guayusa tea, a popular local tea.
