Online Lesson Guide

This is a guide to the tools and materials used in the online lessons, the flow of the lessons, and other information so that you can take the lessons with peace of mind. You will need these to easily make things yourself in the future, so please prepare them.

We will be using Zoom, so please be prepared to play the video on a tablet or PC.

Start prepping together, measuring out ingredients, preparing pots, bowls, toppings, etc.

[Basic dark roast chocolate]

You can also add dried fruits and nuts. You can use any mold you like (even a tray).

[Chocolate Covered Fruits]

We will be coating fresh strawberries, pineapple, bananas, or other fruits, so please prepare your favorites. We will be placing them on a baking sheet, so please prepare them.

[Lesson learning]

You will learn about tempering and cacao while looking at the textbook we will send you.

[Pouring shaping]

It is poured into molds or trays or applied to fruit.

[Flower Chocolate]

Use the dried flowers introduced above. A square mold is best. A tray is also fine.

[Spicy Chocolate]

Prepare a few of your favorite spices, such as pink pepper, rosemary (dried), shinamon, and cardamom. You can use any mold you like. A tray is also fine.
