Online Lesson Guide
This guide provides information about the tools and materials used in online lessons, as well as the lesson flow, to ensure you can participate with confidence. Please prepare these items, as they will be necessary for you to easily recreate them yourself in the future.

[Zoom plugin download, etc.]
We will be using Zoom, so please be prepared to play the video on a tablet or PC.

[Check the materials and tools before the lesson]
Start prepping together, measuring out ingredients, preparing pots, bowls, toppings, etc.

[Basic dark roast chocolate]
You can also add dried fruits and nuts. You can use any mold you like (even a tray).

[Chocolate Covered Fruits]
We will be coating fresh strawberries, pineapple, bananas, or other fruits, so please prepare your favorites. We will be placing them on a baking sheet, so please prepare them.

[Lesson learning]
You will learn about tempering and cacao while looking at the textbook we will send you.

[Pouring shaping]
It is poured into molds or trays or applied to fruit.

[Flower Chocolate]
Use the dried flowers introduced above. A square mold is best. A tray is also fine.

[Spicy Chocolate]
Please prepare several spices of your choice, such as pink peppercorns, dried rosemary, cinnamon, and cardamom. You can use any mold you like; a baking tray will also work.
